One of two species known as kudu, the Greater kudu is a woodland antelope native to eastern and southern Africa. Their twisting horns are often used as musical instruments.
These kudu leather are chrome-tanned and sold by the hide. The size (surface area) of each hide is measured by machine. They are about 4 to 5 oz. weight.
Greater Kudu are not an endangered species and are not subject to CITES controls.
A USFWS export permit is required for all shipments outside the USA.
