These powder horns are made from water buffalo horn and are very nice quality compared to some we have seen in the past. They are hollow inside. The plugs are made from wood. The horns with brass tips measure 12-13.5" from plug to plug. They are approximately 6-7" in circumference around the thickest part. Domesticated water buffalo are not endangered.
